Our Process
Depending on which services we are partnering on (ie; SEO/SEM, Facebook vs reputation monitoring vs website design, etc.), this process will be adjusted as appropriate but generally follows these steps:
Starting the Process – submit a project request; we will review your project request, discuss with you directly to answer any questions, get clarification, finalize your request and prepare the final estimate. Once you authorize the estimate (fax written approval, submit required deposit, typically 50% of estimate), your request enters our project queue ready for the planning phase.
Planning – initial project planning, we work directly with you for the details of your requirements and determine the images and content requirements for the development phase
Design – create mock up for client approval/sign off
Development – adding content
Testing and Launch – client previews test site or final mock ups for approval prior to coordinating the live launch
Live Launch – client review and sign off
Continuous monitoring, maintenance, reporting and enhancement to keep you in the spotlight with a consistently strong online presence.
